For this project, we formed small groups where we were then given a scenario: “You have graduated from University and along with other experienced designers have decided to form a new dynamic graphic design company. Your reputation is growing and there is an increasing need for you to establish a professional identity for the collective that will also act as a vehicle to showcase all your work.”
The aim was to design and produce a complete identity manifested in the form of a range of promotional materials. This included creating a business card, a letterhead, and a fully functioning website. It was important that the identity must be an innovative and highly creative design solution that will work expertly across media to produce a consistent brand with a strong visual presence. Our companies identity had to make sure it was fitting with our ethos and cultural ambitions.
We all brought different skills to the team so therefore delegated jobs depending on our skill set. I worked on our editorial designs which included the lookbook and other printed materials such as the packaging.
